Refund Policy
Late Delivery of Orders
It is our priority to make timely delivery but where there is an exceptional case in which technical issues might have caused a delay. If you don’t receive your assignment on time for an unjustifiable reason you are entitled to:
- All of your money back* or store credit if the delayed assignment is no longer useful.
- Partial refund in case of late submission of the work leading to grade loss. Late submission proof leading to mark deduction should be availed.
Poor Quality of Work
We aim for excellence in every assignment, but if you are unsatisfied with the quality, we offer free unlimited revisions for up to 4 weeks. A refund will only be considered if:
- The content is proven to be plagiarized with verifiable proof. In such cases, we offer a full refund or store credits.
- The assignment does not meet the provided guidelines despite multiple revisions. Our QA team will assess the case and determine a fair refund amount.
- If the assignment has already been submitted, a refund will not be applicable.
Non-Delivery of Assignment
If your order has not been delivered, and we did not provide an answer to your questions in two business days, you may ask for a full refund* or credits in the amount of your purchase.
Technical Payment Issues
In case you are charged twice by a technical accident, you should notify our Customer Support immediately with evidence of both payments. Upon confirmation, we shall refund the extra amount.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours after placing it to do so, you get your money back* or store credits.
- If the writer has already proceeded with your assignment, cancellation and refund requests will not be taken into account.
Grade Expectations & Failure Claims
We deliver quality assignments but cannot offer specific grades because they depend on several academic aspects. However:
- If you get a failed score in the assignment, you can get a 100% refund within three weeks of assignment submission by presenting official evidence.
- Requests for refunds after three weeks will not be counted for.
Refund Request Process
In order to get a refund, contact our customer support department within three weeks after receiving your order. Referring to third parties like PayPal, credit card suppliers, or legal entities for chargeback without even consulting us is not allowed.
Chargeback Policy
If one of our customers starts a chargeback, we have the right to flag that customer in our system as fraudulent, and proceed with legal actions if necessary.
Refund Processing Time
- Our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) looks at the refund request within 48 hours and gives a final decision.
- If it gets an approval, they are refunded within a day.
Note: Refunds are only made under the conditions stated in our policy and approved by our Quality Assurance Department.
*Full refund” is applied on 90% of what was paid, 10% deducted for transaction and service charges.*
