When We May Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to cancel order under the following circumstances:
- No Preferred Writer is available – If we are not able to locate a proper academic writer for you.
- Compelling events – If such an event as data loss, theft, or an accident does not allow us to complete the order in due time.
- Terms violation – In case a customer does not follow our terms and conditions.
- False Information or Misuse – When a customer enters wrong details or misuse the system by engaging in activity that disturbs the order process.
Customer Rights & Refunds
- Customers are entitled to their order cancellation and demand for a refund, if we are unable to complete the assignment, due to unforeseen occurrences.
- A full refund will be issued in case an order is canceled for any other reason except violating the terms.
